Rickita Wells, Executive Director
Rickita Wells has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in the healthcare and human resources fields. An Ohio native, Rickita began her career in home care, where she served as an Administrator for several Home Health and Home Care agencies throughout Ohio for more than a decade.
After her successful tenure in home care, Rickita expanded her experience into Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, serving as a Business Office Director before advancing into the role of Executive Director. Her career has taken her throughout both Ohio and Georgia, providing her with a diverse understanding of healthcare operations, leadership, and the needs of those entrusted to her care.
Rickita understands the vulnerability of residents and is passionate about ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, efficient, and effective service. Her extensive experience in staffing, employee relations, and team leadership has also allowed her to build a fulfilling career in Human Resources, where she values creating positive workplace environments and supporting employees in their professional growth.
Outside of her professional life, Rickita enjoys snuggling with a good book, cooking, traveling, and, of course, shopping! Most of all, she loves putting a smile on the face of everyone she encounters.
Rickita’s goal is simple: to get to know each person she meets, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive difference in someone’s life every day.
